Description
The Manatee Lagoon has the best of all worlds. It has a large custom fiberglass pool situated next to a 2oft+ deep and beautiful swim able and fishable lagoon. We also have a Nordic Hot Tub and a new pool table. The Lagoon is filled with all sorts of different wildlife, including an occasional manatee, turtles, and all sorts of fish. There is Quick access to the open Gulf at the end of the lagoon, with a large dock out into the deep water with room for 3 boats. The back deck of the manatee that overlooks the lagoon is gigantic, plenty of space for socializing and taking in the view, or getting a suntan. It also shades part of the pool so that you can enjoy some of the pool even after you have has enough sun. The manatee even has a heating system for the pool, and laser lighting to light up the pool for a neat display at night. One side of the deck is totally screened so that nothing can interrupt your good time.
