Beautifully landscaped, tri-level home with vaulted ceilings. An arbored rose garden leads to the sandy waterfront and deep water dock. The surroundings provide a warm sanctuary on the water. This spacious waterfront home offers a beautiful view of the water with a private 80' dock with moorings for large boats. Upper level deck (16' x 20'), with 2 gas grills, overlooking the water is located off the gourmet kitchen and is an ideal spot for dining al fresco, or watching the herons & otters catch their breakfast. The upper level offers a master suite with a water view and master bath with ceramic tile floors, soaking tub, shower, and double sinks; a second bedroom with a water view sleeps two; full bath; fully equipped kitchen & dining area. The entry level has a tiled foyer & a living room with hardwood floors. The lower level consists of 2 bedrooms a large pool room with wet bar, stereo, satellite TVs; A large adjoining room with ping-pong table and full size fridge/ice.
