Description
Ferrindipity' is an adorable cape with an open floor plan. As you enter our home (first floor) you come upon the living room with a brick free standing fireplace, hardwood floors and beamed ceiling flowing into the eating area and kitchen. Off the living room is the master bedroom and 4th bedroom that is furnished as a TV room. There is a newly renovated full bathroom with a glass enclosed tile shower and river rock floor. Off the kitchen are French doors to a wrap around deck. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms each one has 2 twin beds and a full bathroom with a bath tub. The house is well equipped for a family vacation. There are 3 TVs each one hooked up to cable with on demand service, DVD, Bose wave stereo system, wireless internet service and cable telephone service. The outdoor shower is fabulous. Relax on the back deck with only the sound of the waves. The path beside the house leads directly to the best beach, Surfside.
