The unit is tastefully appointed, recently remodeled, non-smoking, and has two bedrooms, one bath, living/dining area, kitchen and a spacious, sunny Florida room. In addition to the fabulous location in a beach neighborhood, your villa is just a 10 minute walk by sidewalk from your front door to Nokomis Beach. We offer the best amenities of any similar property in the area, including free Wi-Fi, high flow showerheads, gas grill, central air, quality linens and housewares, quality appliances, washer/dryer, free use of bicycles,3 TVs, DVD, etc. We are pet friendly.
