This is a Massachusetts lake house on beautiful Ashmere Lake in the Berkshires. The living room and porch provide beautiful views of the lake. The house is situated with direct view and access to the lake and boat dock. House includes association access to boat docks and it's just a five minute walk to the beach with picnic area/playground. Rental includes use of row boat and paddle boat.

Recently finished complete interior remodeling including new kitchen, bedrooms, wood floor. House includes association access to boat docks and 5 minute walk to beach with picnic area/ playground. Rental includes use of row boat and paddle boat. Broadband internet with WiFi now available. Recent update includes Mini-splits which provide A/C in summer and heat in warm months.
