We got a filthy room. The animal smell was overwhelming as soon as you walked in the door. There were stains everywhere, including the walls, lampshades and bedding. The floor was tacky, there was a burn hole in the bedding, the bathroom door wouldn’t close. Additionally, many homeless people hang out nearby. Not the place you want to stay.

Room: clean, a/c works, extra pillows, all electronics worked
Service: front office was good, no issues with dog, room was at 4th floor but it worked out fine, we were in the "dog" hall.
Other: stairs smelled strange. Dirty.
