No grass for dogs, $15 dog fee had to be cash and they refused to give a receipt for it, room smelled of smokers despite being No Smoking and inside had old, dirty furniture. Comforter was visibly dirty and the door jam wasn’t a solid fit (you could see daylight).

Hotel location noisy from freeway noise, room floor and linens clean BUT furniture (chair, bench sofa) was very old and stained I wouldn’t sit on it. Walls and doors need a good coat of paint as very dirty looking and marks on. Staff friendly. Basic breakfast included was ok.
