Doors were slamming in the early morning. The big issue was there was no real green space. Tons of gravel. We finally found a small hill at the side of the building that had weeds.

Great staff, kind and friendly, rooms were very clean and great water pressure. Beds were soft and comfy. The dog relief area was clean and bags were supplied for easy clean up. Complimentary breakfast and good coffee were exactly what we needed to get back on the road.

This is our second time staying here, and the rooms have always been clean. Pet rooms located in a separate building from main building, but that works for us. Pull up in front of your room and unload the car. Great hot breakfast and friendly staff.

The staff was great! The room was comfortable. My Cobb salad and breakfast buffet were delicious. Everything I needed. Food and a good nights sleep. Great job!

Check in was easy, friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included, coffee is good, and the dining room staff was, again, helpful and friendly. The location is convenient, right off the interstate. A great place to stay with pets.

Excellent experience for people and dogs. Easy access to the well-maintained pet relief area, friendly staff, large room in a separate pet friendly annex, and a good restaurant for humans on the premises. The best Best Western we've ever been to.

Hotel was very clean. Floor was tile so it's definitely pet friendly! We checked in late at night and the front desk was very pleasant. Bed was comfy and the room was cold. Nice little cookies for our pups, too!

Incredibly friendly staff, an entire section of the building devoted to people staying with dogs, an awesome pet relief area, and dog treats when we checked in. Our room was also super comfortable and incredibly clean. We loved our stay here!

It was dark and crazy windy when we got to Raton, and the check-in was so easy. They were kind and had coffee/tea in the lobby 24/7. We pulled up to park in front of the room. It was clean, the bed was very nice.

They gave my dog a bone when I checked in! Pet friendly room was all tile floors so no worries if your dog has an accident. They gave me a first floor where I could park my car right outside the door so it was very easy.

Worked well for an overnight stop. Fair price, nothing wrong with the room and no issues with the dog. Big field in the back for walks. onsite restaurant that delivers to your room. Even got real breakfast delivered instead of a sad brown Covid bag.
