The hotel staff was pleasant on arrival and hotel was nice and updated. Loved the fireplace in the lobby! Hallways on 3rd floor smelled like really strong glue -- was nauseating. The dog area is very small but there are other grass areas around.

Minor hiccups which the mgr quickly addressed. Happy dog family here. Nice hotel, large rooms, lots of grass for walking. Lots of dog love from staff. Thanks for a great evening.

The bedding is comfortable and the staff is friendly and understanding when asking for more towels or whatever when necessary. Times are rough for everyone right now so they are doing the best they can with a short staff. Housekeeping didn't check all the drawers and someone else's stuff was in the top drawer. Which included someone's underwear wrapped in a rubber band. Yuck! Also Housekeeping needs to vacuum using attachments for underneath the areas where you can see crumbs and debis. Kind of petty things but it matters to me.
