I was not impressed with this hotel. The customer service was poor and the Hotel was filthy. Not what I would expect from a Sheraton Hotel. I have stayed at La Quinta and had a much cleaner experience.

There wasn’t really a great area for him to run around or use the bathroom, but there are some grassy areas in the back for dogs. 3 stars because we definitely reserved a “concierge level room” but they only gave us 2nd floor. They said the only pet-friendly floor is 2nd floor, even though we couldn’t find anything about that online when we booked the reservation. We were really hoping for a better view. And the hotel itself is just old. Also. Niagara Falls New York... the city... is just not that great. Very run down and there were homeless people begging outside and looking into cars. I let the hotel staff know and they went out to make them leave. So the hotel staff is actually pretty proactive and helpful. Nice to be close to the park. And they have a great pool open right now during COVID, and a Starbucks connected to the hotel. Super awesome.

Very friendly staff. All staff members were doing their best to help control the spread of COVID-19 by constantly wiping down surfaces. Everyone was wearing masks. Entire hotel was dog friendly. Hotel was walking distance to carry out restaurants and open Niagara Falls attractions.
- LeslieOct 17, 2020Filthy, Loud, AND Expensive - DON'T STAY HERE!
The hallway carpets and our room were filthy. Visible dirt and debris throughout the entire place. We were on a tight travel schedule, unable to find other lodging, so were forced to stay. The hotel pipes loud club music throughout the guest room hallways that thumped and kept us awake. The hotel charged us $21 to park our car for one night. AND we paid $180 for the misery of staying there. We fled at 4am, because we just couldn't take it anymore.
NOT the hotel's fault, but yet another irritant: Even thought this hotel is in the main downtown core, restaurants within walking distance close at 5pm (in October - perhaps this is seasonal or due to Covid?) - JamesSep 27, 2020Very dog friendly and great location!

We were very tired from our drive and tried to get in bed early. At midnight the hotel announced a fire on the 4th floor and ordered an evacuation. We had our dog with us, of course. After about an hour all was clear by the fire department and we were allowed back to our room. I didn’t like the side door to the pet relief area being locked between 9 pm and 6 am so we had to go out the front and then around the side of the hotel. Also, we didn’t use their parking lot at all but still got charged $20 dollars per day for parking! Finding a good place to eat was challenging as most places were closed. Rainforest Cafe serves $20 veggie burgers😜. The hotel location was nice and the falls/state was dog friendly and within walking distance.

We stayed at the Sheraton at the Falls and it was a really great experience. The staff was very pleasant and the room and hotel was spotless.

Great staff, everyone was friendly and easy to check in. BUT when we got to our room it wasn't clean. You could see the stains in the carpet, when it was time to sleep we noticed blood on the sheets, blankets and pillow cases. It was very disgusting and if it wasn't for being late we would have checked out. We asked for another set of sheets and they were very kind of bringing them. I was also upset because I was up all night because another doggy was barking all night. Which I understand since it's a pet friendly hotel but it's hard when you are tired and your dog does not bark. I just wished they had done something for us since it was disgusting that the sheets were dirty.

We recently stayed with our puppy. They do require that you stay on the second floor as it is the "pet friendly" floor, which at times made it difficult to make it out to the designated potty spot. Potty area was decent size adjacent to the parking area. Hotel lobby staff was super friendly even sharing treats during one of our midnight runs to the rest room. Close to lots of sights, many great amenities, also a number of dining options on site. Room was nice.
