We were on the depressing side of the tracks. Room was clean. We had to go fetch our dinner because a big storm kept the cook away. Since when has a big Holiday Inn only had one cook to depend on?

Our room was clean & neat & the staff was very helpful & good natured. Everything was to our liking & our dogs had a comfortable place to stay while we enjoyed our family Christmas party. Would definitely stay there again!

The staff mopped the lobby pretty frequently, but the hotel just overall felt dirty. The carpets need updated pretty bad, you get a minimum amount of small towels, and the sheets were just, eh.

I’ve stayed here several times with my dogs while attending dog shows in Lima. The hotel is always very clean and the staff is so kind and helpful. There is grassy area outside to take dogs out to potty. It’s only about a 10 minute drive to Lima Kennel club. Surrounding the hotel there’s plenty of places to eat, both within walking distance and a short drive. This is always my go-to hotel when I’m in the area!
