No comforters on the beds. Sheet and one blanket, along with 2- ½ pillows. No ice machine working in the entire facility (summer in Minnesota – really?? No bottled water in the vending machines, in the entire facility. Electronic key for room 169 didn’t work – called maintenance – they were able to get it to work for Friday only. Room 167- the TV didn’t work – couldn’t get an answer at the front desk to have someone come look for it. Phones didn’t work in either room; had to call the hotel from our cell phones. Various lights/lamps in each room did not work. No fan in the bathroom Room 169 - the air conditioner barely worked, took 10 hours to cool down the room. I will be hard pressed to stay at any Quality Inn or any other hotels under their umbrella. I have never been so disappointed in a room, as I was in this facility. I cannot even believe we paid to stay.

Health & Safety
Safe Stay: Econo Lodge has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the Commitment to Clean (Choice) cleanliness and sanitization policy. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
