Dogs are allowed at Mission Bay RV Resort, but they must be kept on a leash when outside your vehicle. If they poop, you scoop, no exceptions. Excessive barking is disturbing to other guests. Please do not leave your pet unattended while tethered outside. No Pitbulls, Rottweillers, or Dobermans or other dogs with aggressive behavior. From their central location, you can explore all San Diego has to offer. Their welcoming staff, known for its superior customer service, will be your concierge to ensure you take advantage of your time in America?s Finest City. They welcome big rigs, group reservations, and pets too! Sorry, no tents. They have 259 sites with full hookups to 50 amp service, super-size sites up to 80 feet, a snack shack, sandy beaches, WiFi, cable TV, boat launch ramp, fishing, biking, hot showers and laundry facilities.

We were greeted with a bag of treats, a list of dog friendly restaurants, and a toy for our husky mix. The hotel is right on the bay and the boardwalk is great to take our fur baby on a walk. The restaurant has outdoor seating with heaters so we were able to enjoy while being our baby along. Wish there was a closer dog park. There is Fiesta Island, however it is just full of dirt hills and is honestly hideous. My only recommendation for the hotel is perhaps add some on-site activities for dogs
