Ok experience. Room was ok. Lots of options at the breakfast. Location less than desirable.

Served its purpose for our stay

I'd give this five bones, but the hotel is quite run down. The rooms were small for the price. There was green space to walk our dog around the property, but not much else to walk to. Very easy freeway access. The front desk people were professional. The $20 per stay dog charge is very reasonable. Overall, it served our purpose for visiting, but not memorable.

Great location right off 101 Freeway

Good experience, clean comfortable room. Very dog friendly.

    Nice but a little noisy

Room had a cute patio with grass nearby which was nice for the dogs. Loud workman in room next door but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

    Smelly and overpriced

Our room was smelly and on the 2nd floor. Our price was $100 over most listed prices. The yards are littered with cigarette butts, trash and other things I was constantly pulling out of our puppy's mouth. Our dogs were sniffing the entire night. Luckily they are fully potty trained. Not somewhere I’d be willing to bring my baby back to.

    Good location and pet areas

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of grassy areas for pet relief. Ground floor units have convenient back doors directly to open grassy areas. Starbucks is next door and Panera and McDonalds is across the street. Ramp to 101 is just across from hotel.

    Clean but noisy

Room was clean, location was not ideal but close to the interstate. Breakfast was still in service and was delivered to the room. They have breakfast burritos and sandwiches to choose from as the main items. I only had the breakfast sandwiches but I recommend you do not get those. They are essentially frozen biscuits with fake cheese and a frozen egg. Pet friendly for large dogs.

    4th of July retreat

Our more senior dog is sensitive to loud noise, so we tried to escape big city explosives for the 4th (illegals had been going off near our home since late May!). It wasn't totally quiet here, but better than staying home. This place has prepared well to stay open during the pandemic, with good precautions in place. The room was affordable; basic but quite comfortable. I recommend.

Good location and accepted us last minute

We have two dogs and got displaced for a few days after a fire. It was the first time using BringFido and it worked great. Unfortunately the hotel used something on the carpets that one of my dogs had a problem with so we could only stay one night. However the staff was great and gave me no problems when I shortened our stay.

Worst Hotel For Peace And Quiet: surprised At Check With Lengthy Dog Restrictions

We stayed here 2 nights w/dog. FIDO app advertised if booking through them you wouldn’t have any surprises upon check in...however we were given a huge list of restrictions...(worst not being able to leave our dog in room if not there?) anyone who goes to Sonoma with a pet knows you can’t take dog to vineyards/restaurants etc! Other problem is whenever turned on faucet, it smelled like sewage! When asked for microwave, it had so much dried on food I had to bleach Before using. Lastly: very noisy hotel between loud AC, and interior courtyard where pool/hot tub located with loud screaming kids or drunks in hot-tub, and smokers on patios! So couldn’t get any fresh air or peace and quiet, and according to pet policy couldn’t leave dog in room. I don’t know anyone who would go to Sonoma with a dog and ‘Not want to go wine tasting or lunch’! So stay away if have dogs, or want a quiet peaceful stay in Sonoma

    Very friendly motel

We stayed for one night with our 2 dogs. The place is a pretty standard Best Western motel, but the room we had was really spacious and clean. They have a interior courtyard which was perfect for taking the dogs out. My top ranking is for the staff....they were really helpful and nice. They also gave us a new poop bag holder, which we needed.
