Our golden was welcomed with treats and a water dish. Ground floor room was spacious with high ceilings and room for our pup to chase a toy a bit. Pool and hot tub open 24 hours and both were actually working! Breakfast was a level up from the usual. Nice.

The hotel was in an excellent location, was very clean, and well appointed! They put us on the first floor, their $20 pet fee is very reasonable, and there were multiple restaurants in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at the clean, well-appointed and very comfortable Holiday Inn Express in Rock Springs!! The room was spacious, the bed and pillows terrific, and the breakfast service was wonderful!

First floor room was good size, clean, convent and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Designated dog area wasn’t spacious, but a large undeveloped lot behind the hotel gave my spaniels space to stretch their legs. Convenient access to the interstate and nearby restaurant.

Staff very helpful. For a holiday Inn Express it was very quiet. Great dog relief area however as usual lazy dog owners won't pick up their pet's poop. Room was surprisingly large

Super friendly staff. Spacious and accessible room that was also ADA compliant, which we didn't require but it's nice for others to know it's an option. Not a ton of grass area, but it worked. Biggest complaint is that the room was cleaned up to usual mid-range hotel standards. (Think dusty lamp bases and TV stands.)

Friendly and accommodating. Large and clean room. If you like to walk your dogs like we do, the high plains desert is just out back. Plus, Panchos Taqueria is close by.

Newly decorated big rooms, nice check-in staff. Dogs on first floor so easy to take dogs out for potty breaks. Would stay again.

Holiday Inn Express birthday is always great to us. They seem to like having dogs. They are modern and very clean. Not a lot of space to wall a dog but they have made what they have helpful and friendly. It works for us.

Our pets and their humans were very pleased here. Only two small negatives: 1) the hotel WiFi doesn’t play nicely with Apple devices (though it is possible to get things working, and the staff knew how). 2) The front entrance, which isn’t the most convenient to every first floor room, is the only entrance without steps.

Newer hotel with large, clean rooms. Plenty of green space for the pups and the front desk staff was very friendly and free with the treats!
