Willie, my black Labrador, and I arrived at the Burlington on Thursday 22 June to find our room ready for us complete with a dog bed on the floor, and a place mat with a dog bowl on it in the bathroom. When I asked if my dog could join me for dinner, they said he could not go into the restaurant but they would be happy to make up a table for us in the bar. When we came down for dinner, the table in the bar was made up with a table cloth and set just like a table in the dining room. The Burlington did everything possible to make my dog feel like a VIP. I can't find one thing they could have done better.
