I stayed here for 3 days/2 nights to celebrate my dog's birthday and it was great. They had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and they even had a play area that was covered in snow for my dog to play! The bar/grill was so cute and the staff were very friendly. If you need a close stay to Yosemite with your pup I'd think you'd enjoy the Narrow Gauge Inn.

We stayed during our trip to Yosemite & it was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Quiet, peaceful, & with more than enough room for doggies to roam, play, & explore! A breathtaking winter wonderland in December with all the snow you could ever want to play in. Super friendly customer service & bonus point for allowing doggies to stay inside rooms unattended (I have a senior dog who loves the snow but can only be in it for a short time, so having a warm cozy room for her to heat up in was PERFECT). Thank you so much Narrow Gauge Inn for making my 30th birthday weekend one to remember 🥳🎂❄️

This place was very small and different from any other place I have stayed at. If you want a change from the typical hotel I will definitely give this place a shot. Cant beat the view and nature trail out back. I would stay here again.

Stayed one night in Jan on the way to Yosemite. It’s quaint and rustic, and hosts are friendly. Lots of space for our dog to roam. A nice break from the typical motel/hotel experience.

A truly quaint hotel. The people could not have been nicer. Our room has a small back deck that is so nice to sit and soak in the tranquillity. The only thing I want crazy for is the bed. Very soft mattress. Not very comfortable.

Clean. Friendly staff. Dining room closed for season but typical motel mediocre breakfast was made. Access to ice machine required hike up hill.
