We have stayed here several time without our dog and it’s great. I’m really glad they have pet friendly rooms. However, they don’t have any room on the property for a ‘Pet Area’ and the entire neighborhood is very dark at night. Santa Fe small residential area and very poorly lit so when you’re out at night walking your dog, there are no ‘grass’ areas around. The property could use a few low level lighting adds so you don’t feel completely in the dark at night. The rooms are nice. The one we stayed in had no rugs, so make sure you bring adequate bedding for your dog or place to stretch out comfortably.

We stayed here for one night while passing through on our cross country move from San Francisco to Atlanta, and we wish we could have stayed here longer. We stopped in same day to see if they had a pet friendly room available for us (we were traveling with our cat & large dog), they were so accommodating and friendly. The room was wonderful and so clean and were able to take our dog on a nice little walk around the neighborhood. The hotel is in a great location just a block or two from a great street full of shops and good restaurants. We had a wonderful time and hope to make it back sometime soon!

It's an overpriced motel. Guy at the front desk was rude and unpleasant. He also walked outside and watched me walk to my room which was creepy. When I voiced my complaints about my stay he laughed and stated "it's non refundable." Tried to email my complaints and got no response. Very upsetting.

Pros: our dog was treated great, inn is charming and quaint, great location. Cons: mattress was awful, heater made way too much noise, coffee maker didn’t work.

Loved this hotel. Friendly staff, fantastic location, wonderful onsite, restaurant, drop dead gorgeous suite with living room, fireplace, kitchen table and full size fridge, massive bathroom, balcony, original art and the most comfortable bed during our cross country trip. My husband and our two dogs loved it. So much so, that we asked to stay the following day, but couldn’t do so because it was already sold out. Bummer. Anyway, you’re walking distance from the Santa Fe Plaza, galleries and parkland beside the Santa Fe River. We were on the second floor which was great, but it could be problematic if you’re carrying a lot of luggage from your car, or if you have older dogs who don’t deal with stairs. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would go back again in a heartbeat. Excellent.
