Worst petstay room and experience ever

First off... the room smells like an animal hoarders room. Gross.

Our shower drain was backed up so we called the front desk. Their solution was to send a plumber whenever one became available. Never came.

The pet relief area is pathetic. It's a small piece of fake grass that isnt even clean. I saw dog poop smear.

The view was also terrible. It was the backside of the building or some garage.

For the extra fee to stay in the pet stay room, i at least expected it to be clean. Save your money and stay at flamingo instead. They are cheaper and have a proper pet relief area.

    Doesn't live up to expectations

The dog friendly rooms have a horribly depressing view of a parking garage. I asked the front desk where I can relieve my dogs and they told me to consult the map, which doesn't say anything. I wish I could have my money back.

    Recent Stay (Summer 2015)

We were given a mat, two bowls, a treat and a special door knocker for the door. Maggie Mae made herself at home. We were in an older section of the hotel looking over Las Vegas Blvd. Everyone on the floor was so friendly with their pets. There is an area for you to take your dog for a relief area similar to the other Cesar Properties. It was a little further away to walk to. I am thankful my dog likes to use p-pads. I love Paris. It is one of my favorite hotels. Maggie Mae was able to go out to the pool area with me in the shade as a service dog (I had to show her service dog tags). There are really no fido friendly restaurants in the area to bring her to dinner with us. There is a list of dog sitters, day care and other dog services available which is provided by Paris so your dog is well cared for while you enjoy Vegas.
