Ocean Lakes Family Campground

Ocean Lakes Family Campground allows four pets of any size for no additional fees. Pets are permitted at all campsites, however, they are not permitted in our rental units. There is a lot for everyone in your family to do at Ocean Lakes - no matter the age, two-legged or four! With nearly a mile of oceanfront, pets love a walk on the beach. Join our pet parades and costume contests in October and July. Take your pet fishing by one of our lakes (doggie doo stations nearby for easy clean up), or enjoy a ride in an electric golf car. There is a Paws N' Play off leash park on the property.
Or, browse all pet friendly campgrounds and RV resorts in Myrtle Beach if you’re still looking.

    No dog park

This place is enormous and has every amenity you can imagine - with the exception of a fenced in dog park. Maybe the could take out the cornhole court so that visitors with dogs can have just one place to take them off leash to spend some pent up energy.

    Wonderful

I have been going to Ocean Lakes for years with 2 German shepherds. The worker there love our dogs. We felt very happy and welcomed.

    Breed discrimination at ocean lakes

In their policy, they will deny entrance to any ‘pit bull’ Rottweiler or dangerous breed or exotic animal. Who the hell are they to determine ANYTHING!!?? I’m currently here with my PIT BULL and so is the neighbor house with their PIT BULL. Ocean lakes can shove it high and hard.

We and our fur babies had a great time here playing on the beach!
