Booked a ground-floor room yet I was assigned a 2nd floor room. The grassy areas are full of garbage and broken glass. The room was fine though.

We enjoyed our stay. We were on 2nd floor and got a deluxe king room. We had plenty of room with our chocolate lab. The only suggestion we have is that after the snow the front door area should have been cleaned of the snow. With all the foot traffic the area right outside the door became icy -- no evidence of any attempt to fix that (ice melt, etc).

The staff and check in was great. The room was on the ground floor. Standard size with king bed, desk and chair. Deep soaking tub. No problems with our dog and cat. But…the carpet in the room was very, very stained. The cleaning lady missed a few spots as there was a lost bottle under the counter and a wadded up napkin behind the TV cabinet. No towels in the bathroom. The air didn’t work very well and our Alaska selves were roasting all night (windows don’t open). The fridge whined and had to be unplugged. The front desk clerk said they were replacing the carpets and that will definitely help. For the price, in its current condition, it wasn’t a great value.

This was a really nice Baymont - privately owned. We were on the 4th floor. Nothing super special for pets, although they do have doo-bags at the front desk if needed.

The room was a suite and surprised me upon entering. I was expecting something closer the the bare-minimum amenities more on par with Motel 6, where I usually stay to avoid paying pet fees. Excellent staff!

Very clean, comfy beds and very nice staff. They all loved our dog and no issues checking in at all. Definitely would stay again!
