  It is stated in the email confirmation that you must pay cash for pets. You have to read all the details in the email. it is there: all the way in the bottom of the email.

  Standard coffee machine, with no coffee. it does not make no sense to place a coffee machine if you will not provide coffee pads. (hospitality). But I am guessing the regulars who go to this motel stay for longer periods of time and know to bring there own supplies. Thank god, a block away there was a very cool diner that awesome breakfast and coffee.

  Outdated furniture in the room or at least the one I had is in a need for upgrade. At least replace the retro lamp with usb lamp charger (this is a must). Room was to dark only one lamp to light up the room.

  Limited bathroom amenities, only 2 small this soap bars, toilet paper and towels. Stafford terrier with the management, who ran out from the dog gate to sniff my small pup, before the management lady. I must admit, I was scared and nervous at first BUT all went well. You get your own parking space.

  Comes with a heated pool. When we asked management if the pool is heated, she said something about the heater is broken and/or needed to get a part. I feel like she was lying because we were the only ones in the pool and she did not want to turn it on. BUT it was a hot sunny day so the pool did not needed to heated after all.

  Most important Beach Colony Motel is walking distance away from the beach. A local man with his golden retriever at the beach said dogs can go to the beach until the middle of June. We spend all day at the beach. We still have to check out the board walk and dog beach but we will save that for another time.

  Will not return there

  Friendly staff and clean room BUT:
  - dog fees had to be paid in cash - it was not mentioned in the confirmation email
  - standard coffee machine, you need to come with your filters and ground coffee…
  - very poor bathroom amenities, only soap!! Of course, you can purchase some shampoo on site, but only pay cash (if you still have some cash after paying the dog fees)
  - no hair dryer (why should they provide one since there is no shampoo 😉
  - you have to wait at least 10 mn before having lukewarm water (I mean to reach a minimum temperature for a shower, without mixing with cold water, therefore at low pressure), sorry for the wasted water 😢 and it was a hot weekend
  - dog friendly (including the presence of a pit bull with the management, I didn’t try to introduce him my Havanese 🐶), but the nearby beaches are NOT dog friendly (at any time, any season…)

  All together, very expensive for the provided services (except the lady’s kindness, although she first stated that my credit card was refused, only to acknowledge she made a mistake with another client) and amenities.
