This is a nice facility in a nice location, but it's in serious need of maintenance and upkeep. The air conditioning in our room didn't work, but we didn't discover this until it was very late, and a move would have required a major effort. The toilet had calcium deposits that had obviously been there a while. The caulking in the bathroom was in disrepair. There were tree branches hanging down into some of the parking spaces. You get the idea.
On the plus side, the staff was fantastic. The lady at the front desk during check in (Amanda I believe) was one of the nicest people I've ever met. There is no designated pet relief area that I saw, and no poop bags. Our Labrador absolutely loved it though, but she loves anywhere there's people. She even loved the lady in the elevator who was deathly afraid of dogs. Or at least she tried to anyway. Overall, I'd stay here again if they put some emphasis on maintenance and upkeep.

This was a rally nice place to stay with dogs! The pet fee is high, 75.00 first animal, 5.00 second animal but worth it in the end. We have Stayed at some nasty hotels because we have dogs. There were many dogs staying here. They have room to walk the dogs, poopoo bags for you if your forgot yours. The room was nice with a full size refrigerator, stove, table & chairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can feel comfortable with your pets here, worry free.
