It's a Motel 6. Expect that level of motel and you won't be disappointed. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable. It's a basic room that does its job. Staff was pleasant to deal with. Grounds for pet relief could be better. It's overgrown in native grass and burrs. My dog had a burr in her paw within the first 3 seconds of walking in the grass. Common issue in that part of the world. No issues to discuss.

Clean and spacious room, friendly staff. Shower drain did not work well and it's a bit loud due to the truck stop traffic. There are no breakfast options beyond the truck stop next door (which did have Cinnabon but that's about it).

Motel 6 Big Springs was a great find after leaving Denver for home in Iowa. We weren’t sure how far we would make it before stopping to rest after a long, exhausting day and were so grateful to find a hotel that allows pets for no additional fee. It’s not fancy, but it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Thumbs up!

Great price, clean rooms, no carpet. The latter is most appreciated in terms of cleanliness, especially at a pet-friendly motel. No dog fee!

My only complaint is that for a pet friendly room they need to fix the way the bottom metal portion of the bed adheres to the box spring. A small animal, like a cat, can easily get in and out.
