The room they gave us smelled like mold so strong we asked for a different room... The new one smelled like weed.

Nice room, and it was clean. It’s not the Ritz but it’s wonderful for a dog hotel. The only complaint I have is the breakfast was lacking. Also, if you don’t have a vehicle then you will need to door dash for food. Since my hubby and I are truckers, it’s always nice to find a place where we can have our fur babies and park a big Rig.

Staff were polite. The room was ready and clean. The hotel is fine, and I haves stayed several times with my dog. The hotel always seems to be in some mode of remodeling. Beds are in need of replacement.

This is our second stay, the night staff is so dang nice! There's a ton of grassy area for pets and the rooms are nice I've never had a complaint. You wouldn't be able to tell you were in a pet room. Only issue was controlling the heat and AC; don't know what was up with it so we just left it alone. I have never had any issues. We love staying here.

At the time of this review, the average rating is 3.5 bones. My dog and I did not even get a 3 bone rating type of experience. The hotel is in a modest location. Close to the airport and places to eat if you like mostly fast food, and somewhat near what looked to be ghetto. The room itself had a stains on the carpeted flooring, rips in the curtains, busted showerhead. Front Desk was friendly but the other hotel staff were not as professional. I would not stay here or recommend anyone else staying here unless they have low standards for them and their pets.
