      Near Central Park

      I was traveling with my 15 pound American Eskimo dog and my Birman cat. The hotel was extremely pet friendly. Easy elevator ride to 1st floor. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Central Park. I would give it 5 bones except some deficiencies in the room itself. Refrigerator did not work and no one came to fix it. The door lock was messed up and it was difficult to close the door. Not sure what may have happened but when the valet delivered the car, there was a pair of small girl’s underwear in the driver's side door. Otherwise I would definitely return to this hotel with my fur babies.

      Great staff!

      The hotel is in a great location 2 blocks from Central Park which made it easy to take our boy Ozzy out each morning. The staff at the hotel where very helpful and welcoming to Ozzy greeting him when we came in the doors and on the elevators. The rooms are big for NYC and very nicely decorated.

      Great location, friendly staff

      They were very friendly taking care of our two pups (one pittie, one brown mix). Rooms are typical NY size, so the pups had to sleep in bed with us. Easy walk to Central Park for bathroom purposes.

      It was fine.

      They made me feel second rate for having booked my stay with a 3rd party and there was no consideration for my pup aside from charging me the pet fee. I won't be staying here the next time we're in NY. Additionally, I booked back-to-back reservations after deciding to stay another night... and after getting confirmation that the pet fee would cover both stays because they were back-to-back... the check-in staff made me feel like it was a problem and they were doing me a huge favor by not charging me a second fee. Didn't appreciate that... and won't be coming back because of it. Overall, while it was a fine enough establishment, but I was quite disappointed with the stay.
