It was fine.

They made me feel second rate for having booked my stay with a 3rd party and there was no consideration for my pup aside from charging me the pet fee. I won't be staying here the next time we're in NY. Additionally, I booked back-to-back reservations after deciding to stay another night... and after getting confirmation that the pet fee would cover both stays because they were back-to-back... the check-in staff made me feel like it was a problem and they were doing me a huge favor by not charging me a second fee. Didn't appreciate that... and won't be coming back because of it. Overall, while it was a fine enough establishment, but I was quite disappointed with the stay.
