First gave us a horrible old room - nothing like the website pics. We asked about it and they immediately moved us into a beautiful room...then the noise started. Middle school girls hockey team was staying in the rooms all around us and had rented the suite above us for a dinner. Suite was supposedly closing down at ten but the girls were yelling and screaming and roaming around the entire hotel completely unattended by adults. At one point, ten of them were congregated outside our room and trashed the entire coffee counter. We expressed concern and were told “well, it’s a hockey night.” We chose to forego our next day’s plans and drive home at 9:00 PM rather than deal with that all night. Won’t be going back.
