    Great Location

    Great location to get on and off the highway to get to Niagara Falls. We had a lovely third floor room right next to the stairs that was clean. They had a long strip of grass between the building and a fence for dog relief. We enjoyed our two nights here.

    Great location

    Not really well-maintained. Tv in room didn’t work, carpeted floors (which is kind of gross in a pet-friendly hotel), no designated pet area outside, and no pet waste bags to be found anywhere.

    Easy location to Falls

    Hotel was clean. Lots of beautiful pictures of the falls in the lobby and in the rooms. Easy short drive from the falls. We overslept breakfast but did grab some coffee. We all thought the coffee was tasty. The room was spacious and our sweetheart had plenty of room to stretch out on the floor. Overall a very nice stay.

    Staff super friendly. Room was clean, everything was perfect. Wonderful grassy area for pets. Another great stay.

    Rooms were nice and large

    The hallways were dirty and the first floor was piled up packages all up and down the hallway. Made it seem very dirty and messy. Staff was not memorable.

    Very nice employees

    The staff was excellent and the room was clean. Needed a bit of updating in the bathroom but clean. Some of the dogs that stayed barked until about midnight, but all In all I would stay here again. I left super early in the morning and one of the staff offered to grab me a muffin for the road. The staff gets a 10!

    Friendly people

    The people were very friendly and accommodating. Potty area a bit small though. All pets were on the same floor so no real worries about disturbing others -they had dogs too!

    mucho dinero 🥴

    So, it was expensive. And all the dog rooms were in one area of the motel but the walls were super thin so you could hear everything. Shower was lukewarm. And the place was noisy so dogs were barking and kids jumping off furniture. The place was nice but...

    Great Location

    There are nice spaces to walk dog. The hotel was new and clean. No rooms on the ground floor but the receptionist put all guests with pets close to doors to outside.

    Staff didn’t care about checking us in

    We waited over a half an hour with our dogs in the lobby and no staff member in sight. I do not recommend this La Quinta!

    Terrible room

    Our room was a mess! The ceiling was falling, the wallpaper coming off, the lamp between the beds was dirty and torn. I had to ring the bell at the front desk three times to get service when I checked in.

    Worst stay ever

    My room was dirty and messy when I was told it was ready. Found left over food in the microwave. Tub was filled with hair and the vent dirty...not sure when the last time they cleaned. The carpet and floor area were dirty. I went to the front desk and spoke to Nadia (front desk supervisor) to make her aware of my situation. I was told by La Quinta employees that my room would be changed and hour went and that didn't happen. I had to go back down again because I was left in limbo with these employees. Again, I went downstairs spoke to the employees, I was told I would be compensated for troubles and that they were waiting for the supervisor/owner. Never saw the supervisor/owner, didn't get the room changed-it was semi cleaned, or compensated...they were quick to charge the pet fee...that they did quickly! Not to my expectiations!!!

    Easy drive to Falls. Right off freeway. First La Quinta to serve breakfast out of the 7 we have been to.

    Could have been a 5

    This hotel was great. What wasn't great is that it's writeup online said it was located just off I-90. No, it wasn't. It was just off I-190 which was a difference of 25 miles out of our way. Please fix that on your listing. Super "bag" breakfast. Nice room! Lovely staff.

    Amazing hotel

    Lots of doggies in this incredibly clean hotel close to Niagara Falls. Loved everything about this place from the large grass patches to the amazing staff.

    Not so good

    The first thing I noticed was the smell. Very pungent odor.. Then when i tried opening the closet door, the handle literally fell off. They were gracious enough to offer me a much better room but the question remains, why wasn’t I given a better room in the first place. The breakfast was a small bag filled with a yogurt, an overly ripe banana, a pop tart (?) a pastry that will never disintegrate and a water.
    But the staff were all very nice.

    Clean and Standard

    Your regular hotel room. Clean. Friendly manager at the front desk. There is a large green area across from the hotel that we could play ball with our dog.

    Wonderful night staff

    The gentleman at check in was so friendly and accommodating. Our first room had a bit of a smell. He moved rooms for us and it was much nicer. The hot tub is closed .. boarded up but the pool was open. Dog friendly and nice rooms

    Awesome place to stay for people and pets!

    This La Quinta was one of the few hotels that stayed open throughout the outbreak. That place is really nice, and reasonably priced. Part of the reason for the pricing is due to the pandemic: business has not been good, not surprisingly.

    Best of all, they allow pets. There's a dog run set up next to the hotel, with a plastic bag dispenser. It's only $20 per night for up to 2 pets.

    The rooms are very nice. We have two queen beds and a foldout sofa, room for 5 people (and 2 dogs). The beds and pillows are firm, which is okay as far as I'm concerned.

    A breakfast bag has replaced the breakfast buffet. This consists of a danish, granola bar, fruit cup, juice box, and bottled water. They were nice enough to give me two bags despite being (very) late for breakfast.

    I really hope this place makes it, because I would love to make this my hotel next time I'm in town.
