This is my fault, probably, for not checking the reviews. After some great stays in other hotels throughout the Okanagan we came upon the Super 8 in Penticton. Despite so many drawbacks this was by far the most expensive stay in our trip. The place lacked towels, no table lamps beside the small bed, a kitchenette with not one piece of cutlery or plate and a vast paved parking lot with not a single piece of greenery. Could hear the folks snoring through the walls and people walking around in the room above. Oh yeah, and there was no water in the pool. One of the worst stays for the value we've ever experienced. Must add, though, that the receptionist was friendly. The only redeeming quality.

Well, the owner was very nice and welcoming, but it remains a motel so don't have too high expectations.
The room overall was clean, including toilet. Totally fine for a night, and after that it depends on your standards. - DoraJul 7, 2020Nice place
Place had a living room with TV, kitchinette and couch and a bedroom with a bed, table and chair. Nice and comfortable. Bit shabby but clean and pleasant enough.
