We had a good experience, except for two things:
- First, there is no staff at the hotel. It's a self check in and the restaurant staff can't help. We never received the email that was supposed to contain the access codes and we weren't able to reach anyone by phone. We met 3 other couples in the exact same situation as us while we waited and the staff downstair told us it happened quite often. It took approximately an hour for us to get in our room.
- Second, the place is VERY loud. I read reviews saying that before we went, and I lived upstairs from a bar a few years ago, so I thought I was prepared for it. I wasn't. If you want to be able to sleep before the restaurant closes, you need earplugs, a white noise machine, medication to knock you off and a good dose of mental power. - SylviaOct 2, 2019Easygoing And Friendly
