The so called dog run is disgraceful. No grass or gravel, no fence, poop bags or garbage can. A safe place for my pet, I had to pay $20 for bringing him, what a shame. Never again!!! The phone did not work, so we had to rely on our own phones. kitchen sink and tub were dirty. Breakfast was cold. Using 2 tv remotes was ridiculous without clear instructions same with thermostat no instructions. Poor first impression and will not return to this place. Outside area full of weeds, garbage, stubble and cigarette butts. Gross! Staff, Diane (newer staff) was one of the only positives. She was polite and very helpful!
