Sunset Villa is a single family home located only minutes away from popular Sharky`s restaurant (and the newly opened Fin's), Shamrock Park, Legacy Bike Trail, the Venice Fishing Pier and several blocks from the beach. It features two bedrooms and two baths plus a bonus Florida room with sofa bed. The yard is fully fenced. Sunset Villa has a split floor plan with each bedroom separated by the living room and kitchen. Provided are many amenities to make your vacation relaxing, including beach chairs, beach umbrella, shark's tooth strainer and even two beach cruiser bicycles.
