I requested a first or second floor because my pup will not enter an elevator. After a 12 hour road trip I was really not in the mood to climb four flights to get to my room. Plus had to do the stairs several times for potty breaks etc. The front desk told me there was nothing available on a lower floor. Other than that it was a pleasant night

This hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The morning breakfast was well presented and convenient. They had a good sized grassy area for my dog. My biggest frustration was that I requested a ground floor room when I made the reservation, but was put on the top floor (my dog doesn't like elevators). But a nice hotel overall.

Stopped for an overnight stop while traveling for the holidays, was very clean and comfortable. There is a Mexican restaurant next door which we ate dinner and they let us take our Yorkie pup inside with us.

The area is very nice lots of places to eat and walk to. The dog area was great wish it was fenced in. But the shower was gross, needs more attention to detail. Staff was awesome.

A convenient place to stay off of 95. Good looking hotel, but the carpet on the floor smelled of urine. The room had everything we needed and except for the carpet wasn't clean.

Stayed at this location one year ago and was happy. This year we found the tile floor was very dirty after wiping up some spilled water, found a long hair in the tub. There was a waxy substance in the sink overflow and three window shades were broken and could not be closed, including the front shade which allowed the hotel sign light to shine in all night.

This hotel was just ok. The floor in the kitchen area was sticky. When I wiped up some water from my dog after he was drinking, the paper towel was really dirty. The bathroom and toilet weren’t the cleanest either. Watch out all around the hotel if you walk in the grass too. I stepped in dog poop twice, and my husband once. We were only there one night! I understand not at the fault of the hotel. They do provide poop bags and trash cans. Probably will stay somewhere else next time when in this area.

The hotel was a perfect choice! I was on my way home from Florida and needed a stop. I reserved online a few days beforehand on the BringFido. The hotel was very convenient to 95 and it was in a great area. The hotel room was great, very clean and comfortable. There were several good places to walk the pups. Really large area behind hotel! $50 fee and I had two large(r) dogs.

Was dirty and should have tile or vinyl flooring in rooms. Nothing was wiped down was hair in shower and spills on furniture and needed vacuuming. Would not stay again.

Issues with stay were not the fault of the hotel. Rooms were nice and pet accommodations ok. No treats for them or water bowls inside or out. Too many other dogs in too close proximity room wise so there was a lot of barking. Maybe spacing out a bit more would help. But overall, an ok stay for the first time. We will look for somewhere else on the way home.

The Hilton Home 2 suites in Florence does a fabulous job welcoming dogs. There were many dogs there when we stayed on 4/1. There is a large dog walking area at the back of the hotel. The rooms are huge and very functional.

There were tons of dogs, and the hotel was clean. Only negative is the front desk staff was not welcoming and almost made it seem like I was a burden to her day at check-in.

I would have expected a little better for the price. Freezer was not cleaned out. The black out shade was hung incorrectly so light shined in. The shower gel was empty.

We stopped here based on all the great reviews, and won’t be stopping again. While the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful during checkin, the hotel is pretty new, and there is a great dog area in the back, the room was dirty. There were long hairs in the tub, and smaller ones along the edge. The tile floor (kitchenette and bathroom area) doesn’t look like it has had a good mop in months if ever. There were streaks on surfaces, which means they were wiped with a dirty rag, not a proper cleaning product. With all the concerns about Covid-19 right now, you would think the hotel would be cleaning even better than usual. We stayed because it was so late in the evening, we didn’t have the energy to find another hotel. We won’t be back. I can’t believe this is a Hilton hotel. It certainly doesn’t live up to the expectations we have of Hilton hotels.

We made the reservation on the road from Florida during the beginning of the COVID crisis. We had a warm welcome and the gave us a dog discount because of the size of the dog. Our room was supposed to be discounted 10 percent. It was late, cold and raining so we were glad to just get in the room. The room had hair in one bed, it just could have been a little cleaner. All else was good, when leaving I just took an e mail receipt. It did not have the lower room rate. We just could bother to complain. But Hilton did rectify a mistake we made when placing the order.

The hotel was exactly what we needed. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was very nice to have counters, microwave, and kitchen sink. We saw a few other dogs but not tons. We ordered pizza from Mello Mushroom and they delivered it right to our room. Perfect!

Very happy with this newer hotel. It was so nice to be greeted with our 105 lb. chocolate lab in tow. They had a special area for dogs to do their business and pick up bags was provided even though I didn't need them. Hot coffee was freshly made in the lobby even when we arrived around 7:30 pm. The room was well equiped with a decent kitchenette. The only complaint is the bed was rock hard.

New and very clean and comfortable. There are lots of walkable places for dogs and plenty of poop bags. They even have a very large well maintained grassy area to throw balls and let your dog run. A couple of restaurants next door to get take out from as well. Not directly off of I95 but super convenient-1 mile perhaps. Studio suite had a couch, and mini kitchen. Would stay here even without a dog which says a lot compared to other dog friendly hotels.
