The team was welcoming and attentive. However, there is no pet area for walking other than the streets. A bit disappointing.

The hotel is great and the staff is very welcoming to the pups, but there isn't a whole lot of grass near this hotel; it wasn't surprising given you are downtown and it's still definitely doable.
