I had to change my reservation because my dad was hospitalized and this hotel was not accommodating at all to let me change/cancel my reservation without a fee. Will never recommend to anyone nor ever stay there because of their lack of empathy for things out of my control.

Disgusting, toilet runs, floor not vacuumed, picked up crap on my bare feet…ugh! Walls are marred, holes in wall, cigarette burns in bed cover (supposedly non smoking?). Fridge not running. I’m appalled, can’t wait to leave in the am!
