  No more big dogs

  No longer allows dogs over 35 lbs. Unfortunately this means we will no longer staying here as my dog is now overweight. Such a shame, the property was great & we had such a great time in the past. 3 Bones because if u have a small dog it’s great.

  Very dog friendly

  The hotel was very dog friendly. They recommended Boozehounds down the street for dinner, it's our new favorite place, and another great place for breakfast, Bongo Johnny's. Highly recommended. Our dog Arden gives it 4 paws up!

  The FRIENDLIEST staff! I brought my newly adopted staffy mix here and the staff could not have been more nice. Will def come again with her! VERY pet friendly hotel!

  Perfect for you and your pet

  The reasons for choosing ARRIVE was the following: clean, modern room, comfortable bed, well-behaved dogs can be left alone in the room. Although dogs are not allowed to be in the pool, they can roam freely around the pool area with plenty of shaded spots in the hot 105 degree heat. Pool and room service was amazing, food and drinks hit the spot for my husband and I. Their QR code gives all the recommended places to eat, shop, and activities beyond the hotel. And the pleasant personalities of all the staff just placed the cherry on top of this all. ARRIVE will be a place we will always choose when we travel to Palm Springs.

  Perfect Poolside Getaway

  We had such a lovely little getaway here! Dogs are welcome basically anywhere humans are, except for in the actual water. However, a shower by the pool restrooms made it easy to wet down my dog. She was even allowed on the poolside loungers with me! The staff loved on my dog and regularly asked how she was doing. The pool was perfect, and the umbrellas provided shade as needed. We booked a patio room, which was modern and cute. For potty breaks, I simply walked her around the parking area (trees and native shrubbery) or just outside it. (Grass seems such a waste in Palm Springs, and my dog was just fine with the dirt and trees). Loved the poolside cocktails, adults-only rule, and the background music. Only con is that the hotel is located right off a bigger street, so you do hear that noise, but I’d still recommend and will gladly be returning! Tip: I brought a cooling bandana (designed for humans, but worked great for her), and I’d definitely recommend something to keep your dog cool in the desert heat.

  Great stay, friendly staff

  Great stay. Let dogs in pool area but major issue of no grass area on site or close by. An area with fake grass or real would have really helped and the fifth bone.

  Great for dogs

  The hotel isn't quite what I expected: it's adults only, but during off-season it was fine and the room large and comfortable. Various restaurants with dog-friendly patios are available within a 15-minute walk. There was music playing at the pool all day but in December no one really using it. In high season I can imagine that could be quite annoying if you thought you were staying at a nice hotel convenient for Joshua Tree or I-10 rather than a "resort hotel."

  Fantastic Dog Friendly Hotel

  We love Arrive Palm Springs! It is the perfect pup friendly vacation spot. Our dog loves sitting on the chaise lounge chairs by the pool. The staff love dogs & often have treats for the pups. The rooms are wonderful. The food & drinks are great. The layout of the property is very nice. The location is ideal at the north end of Palm Springs and situated in a historic neighborhood for great walks with the dog.

  Dogs allowed poolside and all around on the property. Our dog loved our room as much as we did; we all slept great!

  Cute accommodations

  We didn’t really get to enjoy the amenities but it was a cute place. The only negatives: the room was very humid, much more so than the outside, shower was out of body wash, and the remote needed new batteries. But other than those pretty minor things our stay was fine.

  Very Loud

  The hotel is a ring around the pool, where VERY LOUD music plays from 9 am to 10 pm. There is no escaping the noise. There is also no really good spot for the dog to eliminate. That being said, the room was nice, roomy and the shower was terrific.

  Easiest stay ever

  Aside from the price, this was the best stay with dog I’ve ever had. Very comfortable large clean new room, close to car with no internal hallways or stairs to navigate. Big dog even allowed to sit with us poolside for dinner!

  Fantastic location!

  We needed to be close to Desert Regional Hsp for emergency purposes, while having our dog & this place DID NOT disappoint! The spaciousness of the room for us was perfect! The service & property itself was amazing & with or without our doggie. We WILL stay here again!

  New Years Treat

  We stayed in studio with patio with our Great Dane puppy NYE and day. We were welcomed and accommodated perfectly. We were able to relax by the pool with our pooch. Back at our room, a staff member turned on our fireplace and brought us a doggy gate to keep our pup in the confines of our patio with no stress. Arrive is beautiful and clean! Jessica, Bianca and Nicole were most helpful and welcoming. We received complimentary cocktails at check in and were invited for free champagne to toast to the new year. We will recommend this place to other friends who travel with their dogs.

  We had a blast at Arrive Palm Springs!

  We found this hotel on BringFido after our plans fell through at a different property. Turns out, Arrive was the ideal place to stay with our two dogs! It is the most relaxed, dog-friendly hotel we have ever been to. Lovely rooms, a gorgeous pool (dogs are allowed poolside!), a great cafe for breakfast or lunch, and a chill weekday vibe. Based on reviews (but not experience) the vibe definitely picks up on the weekends, but for us it was an ideal vacation get-away spot. Highly recommended, even more so if you can swing a patio room, which provides outdoor space AND pool chair reservations (chairs are not hard to get, but it's a nice touch).

  Great place to stay with your Pup & soak up some sun

  We stayed for a few nights at Arrive Hotel in a room with a patio. Great hotel! Super cool decor and comfy room. Best part was we could bring our dog. The staff was awesome and attentive. Property was clean and well kept. The pool and spa area is very inviting and roomy. I Highly recommend Arrive Hotel.
  We can't wait to come back for another get-a-way weekend

  At 53, we may have been a little too old for this adults only hotel

  Regardless of our old age, our stay was awesome. Floors are tile, so when our dog threw up after our long car ride that night, I just wiped it right up. Nice relaxed atmosphere on our weeknight stay. +++Cartel Coffee right next door+++

  Perfect in Palm Springs with a Big Dog

  I stayed at this hotel because they allow dogs of any size for no additional fee. Parking was convenient and very close to the rooms. It was easy to get in/out of the hotel to walk the dog. The front desk has biscuits for fur guests.
