The desk clerk was rude and the room he gave us had flies everywhere!!! I should have guessed there was a problem when I saw the fly swatter on the floor with dead flies all over. When I asked for my money back the clerk said he couldn't give it to because I booked through a third party but I got my pet deposit back. Waiting for a refund.

I have stayed at many inexpensive hotels while traveling across country and I was pleasantly surprised with Burlington Inn. From the outside it looks pretty rough, but the room was really nice, comfortable, and clean. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Nice property set way back from the road. The room is huge they could put FOUR queen beds in there. Food nearby. A very nice park behind the hotel (have to drive around the block to get to it.)

For the price and location this hotel suited our needs. The rooms are spacious, and pet friendly. There is a grassy area for the pets. The beds were not the most comfortable (although our dog approved!) and the continental breakfast was sparse.

We were on our way to the west coast, and found our journey halted by a blizzard. In a tiny town, with few options & all the highways closed, traveling with large dogs, this was an oasis for us. The owners are very kind! The rooms are spacious. The beds are wonderful! They are refurbishing the rooms, and updating things quite nicely. As a pet owner, it is AWESOME to get a room without carpet. The dogs never seem to be “inspired” to mark in a room without carpeting. I hope more & more motels go that way. What an unexpected blessing to find this gem.
