They weren’t strict with any requirements about my pet. So I would give them 5 bones for that. However, the hotel itself is in questionable condition. Everything deteriorated, mold in the a/c unit, balcony door wouldn’t fully close or lock. The hotel hallway was creepy and smells funky. But other than that I had no issues with the hotel staff and my pet.
