The location was perfect for us. ! We were traveling through to the Keys with our jet ski and kayaks. We wanted to stop in Crystal River to do some snook fishing for a couple days. The location is great, right on the water with a dock and boat ramp that allowed us easy access to the water at no cost. For a small fee, we could get a boat slip to dock overnight, but we didn’t need it. We travel with our 1 year old border collie, Maverick. They happily accepted pets and had a nice big area to walk the pup. (it’s not fenced, but my pup is great off leash, so we didn’t have a problem). The property really needs some updating, it’s definitely not a 5-star room, but it was a 5-star view. you get what you pay for. At just $90 a night. I didn’t expect it to be immaculate. I would definitely stay here again.

Taken care of by a nice staff but the property itself is an absolute DUMP!!Rooms are Horrible!! Nothing works properly, bathrooms are even scary nasty and the carpet smells like mold. GOOD LUCK with this property!!
