Anglers Lodge
Anglers Lodge welcomes two pets of any size in designated rooms for an additional fee of $30 for one night, and $10 for each additional night. Guests with pets are assigned to rooms with Double Queen beds on the ground floor. Both dogs and cats are accepted. Pets may be left unattended in guest rooms, but cats must be crated. There are grassy areas along the riverbank for pet use. Pets that shed excessively or cause damage are subject to a damage penalty. For same day arrivals, please call 877‑411‑3436 to confirm availability of a pet-friendly room.

Angler's Lodge is the best place I have stayed. The restaurant has a wonderful menu farm to table, locally sourced wines and beers. The room was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The grassy area next to the river was ideal for the dogs. The porch overlooking the river is sublime. I cannot recommend this place more highly. I loved every minute and would return in a hot second.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived here. We were on a cross country road trip making last minute reservations depending on where we ended up. This place was great. We wished we could have stayed longer. We were right on the river and saw a moose in the moonlight when walking our dog. Highly recommend. The woman who helped us on the phone was equally wonderful.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Customer service was great, the rooms were so nice, everything was very clean, and the location can’t be beat. The back doors to the rooms open to a porch right on the river. There are plenty of grassy areas to walk your dog all around the building. I would highly recommend staying here - I know we’ll be back!

The rooms are decent but if you're expecting the Ritz, find somewhere else. I wanted to give this place 5 bones, but the last stay was a little bumpy. Overall- the response was great from management as we worked thru the issues. The room was really nice with a great view of the river. However, we had no hot water. Contacted the manager by text message since it was off-season and no attendant was on site. Did not get a response.

Beautiful place with a great atmosphere. Spacious very cozy rooms. There is a very nice outside space with chairs and games along the river. The rooms are very clean and the furniture is beautiful and rustic. The restaurant on site serves great food. There are plenty grassy areas to walk dogs.
