I read all these reviews saying okay, I’ll take a chance. Upon arrival, everything was fantastic. However I went to bed around 9 pm and that’s when two doors down, a dog started barking. After 20 minutes or so there was a congregation out in the lobby in front of the door where the noise of the barking dog was coming from. After over 20 calls to the front desk, all with no answer, I walked down to the front desk where I find the receptionist checking in a guest who was headed for the same noise filled fate we were all already experiencing on the second floor. She was so rude, she wouldn’t even acknowledge something was happening with a noise situation.
After three more guests came down to the lobby, one of which had to cause a scene in order to get the police called to come check on the well-being of the guests in that room; at this time the barking had been non stop continuous for 3 hours. I filmed this entire ordeal with my phone, and I’ve reached out to my bank to put a stop payment on this transaction for my nights stay. I stayed in 6 hotels on the way to Florida from Colorado and I had zero experiences like this. This was truly awful customer service; she even was yelling in the lobby at me and other guests. -10 out of 10, I will never ever stay here again.

Easy to get to. New hotel. But the toilet wouldn't flush without taking the lid off the take. Told front desk, but no maintenance on weekends. She said she checked and it worked just fine. NOT!

Friendly, clean, comfy. A few maintenance items needed - like closet doorknob falling of, tv remote is weak (battery?). Location was perfect with place to walk, downtown walkable with outdoor dining allowing dogs to be with us. Bed/pillows very comfy. Nice bakery across the parking lot.

Hotel was really great except our room's wall plugs and USB ports were so worn they didn't work. Dog-wise, it was one of the best we've ever visited. Breakfast excellent.

Samantha at the front desk was so instrumental from the moment we arrived. She made sure our pup was happy with treats. She went out of her way to provide us with food info. She engaged in conversation and just overall made us feel very welcome. Awesome location too.

Hotel was clean and quiet, lots of grass for walking the dog. Easy walk into town for dinner.

Hotel was very clean and had a great area for dogs - walking trail was awesome! Rooms were perfect! Would love to come back to spend some time here - cute town!
