The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. The location is perfect for traveling with the fur babies. There’s an abundance of grassy areas to go out to and a walking trail around the lake that is a great to experience. I highly recommend if you are going to Kansas City to stay here!

Beautiful hotel. We booked at the last minute. Plenty of other dogs there, lots of space for the dog to run a little. Friendly staff. Highly recommend. We would stop here again!

Stoney Creek seems like it could be a great hotel — updated lobby, nice grounds, kind staff. However, the rooms were not great. From the moment we entered the room, we were instantly hit with a musty smell and when washing our hands, the water also had a weird odor, in addition to the rooms looking very little like the featured pictures. Also very difficult that there are very few dog-friendly places to eat nearby. Overall, it was fine enough, but wouldn’t go back.

The staff were very sweet and gave us a great room. My dog immediately was so excited to lay on a bed as she is super spoiled. Perfect experience for a quick night on a road trip and probably longer. Beds were very comfy. they even had great shampoo, conditioner and body wash that weren’t the tiny bottles you usually see. The only problem we had was getting there which was NOT at all their fault; our Apple Maps were just acting up.
