  Sorry, but never again!!

  The room smelled like an old ashtray!! The toilet was dirty! There was so much dog poop outside, we had to find somewhere else to take our dog!! There was no shampoo or soap in the dispenser in the shower!
  The list goes on! We thought about leaving but they don't give refunds!

  Don't listen to bad reviews

  I had a good stay at Rocker Inn on November 25, 2023. The room was clean, the was comfortable and the sheets fresh and smelled like they added those wash beads. I use them and makes your sheets smell real good. Would definitely stay here again.

  Very good budget hotel

  Stayed recently with my 2 dogs. Room very comfortable and clean. Bed was excellent, very comfortable. Good areas to walk dogs. Hotel had small bar area (no restaurant) but McDonalds nearby. WiFi was excellent. Woof, woof from dogs.

  Fair Value

  We got there late and left early but the room did have a card stating that they had goody bags for dog guest and if it hadn’t been given at check-in to ask for it. Kaylee loved her treats. Room was basic and clean. It didn’t have its name on the building or on any signage until inside the building where it appeared on floor mats which made for some extra driving around trying to find it because of having no visible name or address.

  Grassy areas

  While the room was on the small side, the flooring was solid surface. There was lots of grassy areas to take your dog to and there was little to no poop, thus dog owners must have been responsible owners and picked up after their dogs. Good access of getting off and onto the freeway. There was no fridge or microwave in room. Did like that there was only a shower, although did not use. Breakfast was ok; getting there at 7:30a many food items were gone. I do wish hotels would update their toilets to comfort height as an older adult who has had one knee surgery. I get tired of grabbing onto door frames and the shower/tub to lower myself down. Would probably stay there again.

  They love dogs

  Clean, no frills but spacious room on ground floor. Plenty of grass for walks. Very welcoming to pup. Great value.

  Fine but not great

  The room was fine and seemed clean. Worried me that the dogs spent a long time sniffing around on the floor which was carpet.

  Pretty Good Stay

  The location under new management as of June 1st (which is fine), but there were kinks that needed to be worked out. I booked through the app and when I arrived I was told it was fate that they had a room available. I was confused as I had booked the night before. Then I was put on the second floor of the hotel. I was traveling alone so that made it difficult to get my dog and belongings up the stairs (they don’t have an elevator). Then once I opened the door it stunk of a combination of BO and smoke.

  There is a sign outside the door that says the room is for non-smoking, but that’s not what the room smelled like. There was also still trash in the trash cans so I am not sure if the room was actually properly cleaned before my arrival. Apart from this, it’s a nice location for a quick overnight stay. They provided me with a dog treat bag and there is plenty of parking for trucks with trailers, and grass for my dog to relieve himself. Friendly staff and the gas station which is next door is really nice with food choices.

  Exceptional stay

  Outstanding hotel and easy to access. We travel to Butte periodically and have always selected hotels we’ve never stayed in. Our habit stops here. When in Butte we will always pick this hotel in the future. The staff are exceptional and the property is awesome. You will not go wrong staying here!!

  Fabulous place!

  Staff is super friendly! Great place to take a 34. Treat bags for the dogs and bowls available if you need them. Best place to bring your fur baby and feel more than welcomed. Nice clean rooms too!

  Small but Convenient

  Easy access from interstate & good for just an overnight stay at reasonable rate. Older rooms on the small side (fun with 2 humans & a couple of 100 pound dogs!)—basic but clean. On site bar (beer & wine) & snack items. Limited staff though, so patience needed (afternoon/night we were there just 1 overworked person running all), but both night & morning individuals were VERY pleasant—even cute handmade doggie goodie bags provided! Grass areas outside for pup pit stops—no off-leash areas. Recommend for quick trip overnights.

  Acceptable but not superb

  Stayed here one night. Location is not great; the only nearby restaurant is McDonald's. Speaking of, be sure to get dinner before everything closes. We made it here around 7:00pm and by 8 everything in town had closed. Front desk isnt super friendly, and the bed was one of the cheapest I've ever slept on, but everything else was alright. Decent stay if you're passing through

  Great if all you need is a place to sleep

  The facility is adequate. It’s clean, but very basic. No frills. No real complaints. They did offer a treat bag for our Buddy, and they have dog dishes in case you forgot one. For the price, it was good.

  All good but a little HIGH PRICED

  I'll repeat the comments I write about every stay in my trip book. $88 was too high for what you get. $60 would have been more fair. TV was bad. Not at eye level and very few snowy channels. No weather channel. Thin walls and creaky floors. Staff was very good. Coffee was excellent amount wise. Both in room and in lobby. No breakfast items at all. Community microwave and fridge which was packed overfull. Room smelled musky at first but heat worked well and took care of that. Parking was excellent safe quiet area. Wake up call programmed in but didn't work. Would consider Red Lion next time mainly due to poor TV. This gets OK rating. I would stay again if no time to shop around.
