The unit was not cleaned when we arrived. We did have a reservation and was checking in at 4:40pm. Several others were also checking in as there was torrential downpours and needed to get off roads.
They too, had to wait for rooms. I offered to clean our room however housekeeping was already cleaning. Brittany did a wonderful job.
The front desk had to leave area frequently to see how far housekeeping was at cleaning rooms.
Front desk also had to make a call to who I assume was the manager about what to do.
There was a total of 3 young women working in the entire hotel from what I saw.
These three did an outstanding job however management failed these employees.
Corporate needs to address the management at this hotel.
No Manager should have left staff in that situation, they needed to be there working along side their staff.

The pet rate was better than average. There was no breakfast unless you wanted to buy snack items. One of the exterior doors wouldn’t work with any key card.

We arrived the staff was great to our dog treats and kisses. The rooms are immaculate and quite spacious. Hotel just off highway walking distance to restaurants and retail/grocery. Exceeded expectations

Long term hotel setup like a studio apartment that comes with kitchen inside so super convenient for cleaning dog dishes if needed. Nice potty spots outside. Friendly staff; definitely a great stay.

It was a very nice and clean room with a small kitchen which was convenient. The kitchen area was hard vinyl floor to feed your pet on. Nice grassy areas available outside. Highly recommend this hotel if you have pets.
