Landmark Suites allows two pets of any size for an additional fee of $15 per pet, per night. Guests traveling with pets will be assigned to one of six pet-friendly rooms. Both dogs and cats are allowed, but pets may not be left unattended in rooms. Treats are available at the front desk, and there is a grassy area with pet station on the property. Booked a king room on 6/14, while en route (7/10) was informed no king available, also told too late to cancel. BringFido was NO help resolving the situation. I met with hotel manager to authorize full refund, but BringFido unresponsive about refund - so I’ve disputed charge thru CC company. Will NEVER use BringFido again !

Safe Stay: Landmark Suites has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Hand sanitizer is provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
