  Unimpressive

  Multiple flies in the room. No tile floors, especially in the bathroom were dirty. No hot water - long delay with water running to get even lukewarm. No secure Internet. No ice in ice machine.

  Fine One Nighter

  Very clean room and well lit property. Check-in was smooth. My only real complaint, and the reason for the rating, is that there is virtually no nearby area for dog relief. There was a small patch of grass at the back of the property, but basically that was it. Otherwise than that, a fine place to stay.

  Clean and pet friendly

  Room was clean and pet friendly. Wouldn’t want to hang out in room but fine to sleep. I was glad I had my dogs because there wasn’t a security lock on door. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

  Wonderful place to stay!

  I stayed three nights at the Roswell Inn and I was pleased with the room. My dog, Otis slept comfortably in his bed. The room was very clean and everything worked. I had a microwave, mini fridge, a tv with cable, table and chair to eat my meals and air conditioning. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and the sink, tub and toilet were clean and in great working condition. The room was cleaned and restocked daily. Parking was conveniently located right outside my door. They have a room with a snack vending machine, ice maker, change machine and a washer and dryer!! There is a dog park within ten minutes of this location with friendly locals. Otis had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

  Great beds!

  Came to town without reservations on a Friday night. Most dog friendly places were booked. This is an older motel which you can tell from the outside, but the beds were great, the floors we clean and tiled, must have had a recent renovation. Parked right outside the room, very pet friendly, great location.

  Sparse

  If ALL you’re looking for is a clean room, then you’ll be fine. There was NOTHING beyond the minimal furniture, not even a bedside lamp. I found it cold and depressing, but it was only for a night so not a huge deal. Be sure to ask for a room far back on the property as it is right on a very busy street.

  Ok

  The outside could use sprucing up but the rooms have been redone. Tile floors keep things easy to clean and it was spotless, furnishings basic, bed wonderful. Ask for a room near the back to avoid traffic noise (although you will be closer to the heli pad from the hospital). The ac was very loud, maybe bring earplugs as it woke us every time it cut on. But it worked, keeping the room cool on a very hot day. The receptionist was very pleasant. Solid place for a budget stay.

  Dog friendly

  The inn allowed dogs, which was great. However, one of the staff knocked on our door at 10:45 pm, at night, to see if the parked UHaul belonged to us. It was not ours. The dog and our kids woke up, which was not cool. There was also no staff at the front desk when we wanted to check out. The room was very basic, but enough for a stay.

  Very clean and comfortable

  Clean, updated room! Very comfortable! There’s no super great spot to walk dogs, just some grass at the hospital behind the motel, but the room was great! It was close to the road, but still quiet. Would definitely recommend for traveling on a budget!

  Roswell Inn

  Was really nice with a convenient Mexican restaurant right next door. After touring Roswell we walked over for dinner and cervezas. Park your vehicle right outside, room was clean and nice. Having a Dog there was no issue at all.

  Well worth the pet fees

  We are on a budget and found this charming place in the website. We were pleasantly surprised at how charming and CLEAN and updated our room was. (2doubles)! It was also quite roomy. The evening staff, D & Aapita (?) were super welcoming and friendly. They were more than happy to switch our room from the dark back to the more convenient middle. It may look older and shabbier on the outside but again, the room we were in was updated. Please stay here and also support the local businesses!
  El Toro Bravo Bakery just down and off to the side from Roswell museum and the miniature museum off of 4th and Richardson! Oh! And the Spacewalk! All wonderful people.

  Great stay!

  This place has very nice clean rooms. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Best of all the room are better insulated than other places we've stayed. Not a lot of bothersome noise. The only downside is that there is no grassy pet relief area.

  Fantastic Overnight Stop

  Now called Roswell Inn. Outside looks run down but don’t be discouraged. Room is remodeled, extremely clean and most comfortable bed. some reviews said noisy because of highway but ask for room in back. DID NOT HEAR A SOUND ALL NIGHT. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to sleep and price was exceptional
