This hotel was old and run down. The room seemed clean but there was an unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable. The room wasn’t cleaned while we were there, but I’m not sure this isn’t protocol since Covid. Also, any activity in the hall sounded like it was right in front of your door, and our second morning there, we were woken up by a toilet flushing.

Not luxurious, but clean, functional, friendly staff and perfect for dogs! Ample grassy area next to parking lot for potty area. Beautiful, quiet Yaman Park is literally a minute away. Great place to walk, sniff, track. Half-hour south in Whitney Point is GORGEOUS and SUPER-SPACIOUS Dorchester Park: many facets to sniff, explore, track, picnic and hang (especially if showing nearby). This Red Roof is also conveniently located to Starbucks and other places you can easily get take-out, as well as grocery, pet store, and pet-friendly businesses (Lowes and Tractor Supply) where you can practice manners/heeling in distractible environments. Staff was helpful and friendly and made a point to socialize and interact with my boy. Would definitely stay here again as all of our needs were met and location was perfect!

This Red Roof was really welcoming to us and our two high spirited pitbull mixes. They have wood laminate floors and plenty of green areas outdoors. It seems like the dogs all stayed in one area too, maybe to keep things quiet for the non canine family groups.

8 keys were made and they all failed to open the door. The heating unit sounded like a car running in the room all night. Other than that no problems.

This is one of the nicer Red Roofs I've been to (though a bit more expensive than usual, too). Ground rooms open to a hallway rather than to the outdoors, which was nice. Pet rooms have hardwood floors. Not a ton of green space, but there's a narrow lawn that backs up to an overgrown river.
