Booked one night at the Aloft with my pointer/heeler pup. Staff was very friendly, greeted her warmly. She received a goodie bag upon check-in with a frisbee and wet wipes. There was also complimentary dog bones in the lobby which she loved! I deducted one bone point however because the pet fee was $100. Not a huge deal but just know that before you book!
