The room was clean and in good condition. It was quiet and comfortable. Ziggy and Zoey, our dachshunds, enjoyed it.

Contactless check-in was a bit weird. My name along with two others was on the clipboard outside the hotel office for everyone to see as well as what room I was staying in. I was a little uncomfortable with that. Those of Rome was cute, unfortunately there was no hot water in the sink, the bedding smelled like sweat, there was something wrong with the toilet because when you flushed it sounded like it was trying to suck the entire place down. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but couldn’t. When I asked as checking out I spoke with someone in their office, explained why I was leaving and was offered a refund for the second night.

I loved this motel! Easy check-in and check-out and loved the rustic Adirondack style. Very dog friendly with large outdoor spaces to walk around. The Hungry Trout Restaurant was amazing.

At the base of Whiteface Mtn. Beautiful views. Places to walk your pet. Stayed warm and cozy during the cold winter weekend.

Disappointed that there was no communication the restaurants were closed. Also move us from a King room that was reserved to a two bed room. Got it switched back.
